Manjit Biant

Manjit graduated at the prestigious Aston Business School, the largest business school in Europe. His degree in Business Administration included a placement year with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, one of the top five Accountancy firms at the time.

He won the Ernst & Young prize for best Dissertation, based on his placement year.

He proceeded to continue his career with the newly merged firm Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte. His experience included auditing some of the top firms including National Grid, Barratt Homes and United Biscuits along with a number of local government institutions. He also spent some time in the insolvency and administrator department.

After 2 years with this firm he moved on to complete his CIMA accountancy qualification working for a number of firms including GRT Transport, Boots and Central & Carlton Television.

He spent 4 years in Edinburgh working for Lloyds TSB as a Business Implementation Manager and then went on to work for AMP UK Financial Services, the largest Insurance Company in Australia, as an internal management consultant.

He went on to work for Hays PLC as a Commercial Accountant, then finally decided to run his own business and get street experience, putting his entrepreneurial skills to the test. After selling his business at a young age, he now enjoys semi-retirement, working as a part-time lecturer, free-lance trainer, business consultant & Internet Marketing Coach.

Manjit has had extensive training in the Thompsett Project Management program, Quality Management Techniques and Customer care implementation. He delivers courses on all aspects of Accounting, Finance & Business including Finance for Non Finance Managers, Risk Analysis & Management, Forensic Accounting & Auditing, Corporate Governance. He delivers many finance courses.

Tony Bolton

Tony Bolton has been in human resources and learning & development for twenty years. During that time he has worked in the food industry with a major UK food processor, The Industrial Society and Capita Learning & Development. Specialist subject areas include Leadership & Management Development, Performance and Change Management, Coaching & Customer Service Excellence

Tony is a member of Institute of Works Managers, The Institute of Leadership & Management and holds a qualification in Executive and Solution Focussed Coaching. He is a qualified Young people’s mentor and a school governor Tony is currently involved in a number of capacity building projects in Africa working in the areas of leadership and change management.

He has also worked on development projects in US, UAE and Europe..

Mervyn Murray

Mervyn Murray is a Management Consultant specialising in Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Management, Business Communication, Strategy, Sales and Customer Service, Business Analysis and all Management Processes. His outstanding attributes are in soft skills training and coaching, many clients have benefitted from his clear style in this area. Mervyn has a Diploma in Management Studies and a Certificate in Coaching. In addition to this, Mervyn is SFEDI accredited as a mentor and coach to UK businesses.

A career in Electrical Distribution working for a world-class international business, Mervyn initiated many high profile projects, successfully delivering major change programmes within the business and industry at large. These projects involved taking organisations from an administration-led organisation to a customer-focused organisation, Business Process re-engineering, new business strategy and new market entry.

Mervyn moved into Consultancy, specialising in Emotional Intelligence, Performance Management, Management Development and Customer Service. His work has given him a great depth and breadth of experiences within numerous industries including Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Financial Sector as well as Energy Supply Companies and Government Departments including local, national and international public organisations.

He has designed and delivered training interventions for organisations in Europe, Africa and The Middle-East giving participants new perspectives on their roles and delivering lasting change at both organisational and individual levels.

Besides undertaking training, Mervyn also, writes and designs learning materials, acts as a coach and mentor to individuals/groups and designs tailored systems of communication and performance development that are robust, practical and effective.
